Hand Made in America
Like every Corona brush, the Vegas is hand made in Florida. We've visited the factory ourselves and watched these brushes get built by hand — the craftsmanship is the reason painters keep coming back to Corona decade after decade.
The Vegas has earned it's reputation for one reason above all: it produces some of the smoothest finishes you can get with a brush. When you're laying off a cabinet door, finishing trim, or putting the final coat on a piece of furniture and you need the brush marks to disappear, this is the brush to reach for.
Key Features
- Angular design for precise and effortless painting
- Champagne Nylon™ filaments for superior flow and paint release
- Hand-formed chisel for optimal control
- Unlacquered hardwood sash handle for a comfortable grip
- Durable stainless steel ferrule for long-lasting reliability
The Champagne Nylon bristles are the defining feature. They're softer than Chinex and have outstanding flow characteristics, which is exactly what you want when you're chasing a finish-quality result with a water-based paint. The hand-formed chisel gives you the control to cut a clean line, and the unlacquered hardwood handle keeps its grip even when your hands get wet.
Available in 2", 2.5", and 3" widths.

Which should you choose?
- Pick Vegas if finish quality is the priority — cabinets, doors, furniture, or any water-based topcoat where you want brush marks to disappear.
- Pick Excalibur if you use higher-build acrylics or waterborne alkyds (e.g., cabinet & trim enamels) and want a stiffer, snappier cut line.
- Pick Cortez if you want a versatile, smooth-laying brush for everyday trim and cutting-in across common water-based paints.
All three brushes are professional-grade, hand-crafted in Florida, and deliver excellent paint pickup and release. Choose the size that fits your task (narrower for sash and profiles; wider for doors and casings).
