Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date received. All returns must be pre-approved by US Paint Supply.

- Tinted paint or stain orders cannot be cancelled or returned
- Products sealed in packages that have been opened cannot be returned
- Used products cannot be returned
- Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled or returned
- All returns must be in saleable condition
- All returns will be charged a restocking fee of 25%
- Cancelled orders may also have a fee
We ship to the lower 48 United States for a flat rate of $10 per order under $99. All orders over $99 will receive an option of free shipping. Shipment will be sent via the store's choice of carriers as necessary, and may come in one or multiple shipments. After placing your order, please allow for 24-48 hours (business days) for processing with additional time for holidays. When your order is shipped you will receive an email to the address entered during checkout containing information about the shipment, and a tracking number if applicable.
